During speeches by Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea, the audience stands and applauds him once every 4 minutes. The Americans describe the fact that North Korean people applaud with such enthusiasm because they are afraid of the oppression and tyranny of their dictatorial leader, as they describe him.

Recently, Benjamin Netanyahu delivered a 55-minute speech in the US Congress, and during the speech, members of Congress stood and applauded him about 50 times, that is, approximately once every minute, which is equivalent to 4 times the applause that the North Korean leader receives inside his country.

[kkpay=0.10]Using a logic analysis based on the same US principals we end up finding a strange similarity with the US Congress attitude of standing ovations not for their own elected leaders but to a foreign one that actually was behind their election!!

50 ovations for a 54 minute speech by a war criminal equal almost to 1 for every minute beating Kim Jong Un records. That's the fear the members of Congress feel in front of Netanyahu .3 thumbs up for this amazing analogy !

The same US congress members done the same to Ukraine's Zelensky when he gave his speech in congress during his visit to the US.

US Congress fears if they don't applauded Netanyahu they wont get there  next months donation because they corrupt Netanyahu is like the godfather of the us congress , if you don't obey you may be cut off

And i for over 60 years and this is much worse than a recession none of my students can pay tuition anymore because their jobs have been cut in half nobody has cash at all to buy anything and people cannot even pay their rent with their credit cards anymore cuz they are maxed out

The "Japanese model" you discussed, takes "cheap" money to invest in "higher yield" money. What the Japanese did NOT do (from my perspective) was to take "cheap" money to invest in business and infrastructure.

We see the same "thought process" in many publicly-traded companies. CEOs take "cheap" money and use it for "stock buybacks" to increase the stock price in order to receive their huge "bonuses". What the CEOs do NOT do is to take "cheap" money to invest in growth and infrastructure.

They trade a short-term gain for long-term losses. At some point, these businesses can no longer deliver profitable products and, instead, embark on a campaign of "cannibalizing" the company to create "profit". Usually that takes the form of selling off "unprofitable" parts of the business, selling properties, and layoffs.

Japanese corporations borrowed tons of money. Toyota is the most heavily indebted company in the world. They built lots of factories, but never made enough profit for the investments to pay off.

Exactly. All this talk about moving money from one market to another, in order to chase basis points and no one ask the most important question: what value has all these generated for society, for the countries and for the world?

Did we get more food? More housing? Better healthcare? Increase in research and development of useful technologies? Better transportation? Better entertainment? More tourism? More financial security? More capital for the workers to retire on?

No, nadda, no real, usable valuable has been generated. It's just exchanging one less inflating market with another more inflating market. All that money can just disappear tomorrow and the amount of stuff we have and can make wouldn't actually change except rich people panicking and want to keep their money so they start firing people.

If you think about it, when previous human civilization use gold as currency, it doesn't really hold any value that time, it's just a piece of shiny metal but everyone loves it. Currency is just something everyone agrees upon

Gold, like silver, and any other commodity has very real value, meaning that it's useful some way. Both metals are used not only in currency but for many other purposes. Currency is just an idea that may be more comfortable to handle, but ultimately, it's not worth more than the paper it's printed on.

look at unfunded liabilities. That is over 216 trillions. US is a basket case. As the World de-dollarize, the pain will be unbearable. And it is coming, this what you see now,is not the real inflation. When that tsunami of dollars hiting US shores, then the game will begin.

Mate, the days of the rising sun are long gone. Japan can even bearly keep its own ethnicity alive, forget about economy. After the Nukes, all they became was anime n electronics.very sad, and i always admired  their culture.

This is also what Japan gets for being so ridiculously bonded to America, and being so over relient on the American market. Japan should have long ago developed a multi pronged foreign policy and business. But they do idiotic things like pull all of their companies out of Russia and lost that entire market (a market where they were making good money) ...just to make America happy. And now they have a combative relationship with China as America's behest. Despite the Chinese market being extremely important to them. South Korea is just as bad.

Kishida is in a box. His ramped military spending, coupled with Japan's huge national debt, translates into weak business performance a weaking yen, and now higher interest rates to prop up the yen. This will cause a recession.

One in 5 jobs in Japan are related to the automobile industry.Fifty percent of autos that are sold in the, in the biggest car market in the world (China) are electric.  Toyoto Honda, Mazda, Subaru are either ice or hydrogen. This will not work out well.

[/kkpay]
