If you think about it - a Big If - you don't actually have an absolute FoS in any Public Space.The reason is as old as Society itself - the existence of Society depends on limitations, without which Society would tear itself apart.

I believe in free speech, but I believe it applies to individuals and private companies, NOT organizations controlled or owned by governments... certainly not a government hostile to a network's home country. Individuals and private companies can and should sue or petition their case under (in the US) 1A grounds, but foreign governments!? They can take it up with the State dept, or they can stow it.
