Good practice as the only way the usa military force can come to China is by sea or by air. It is essential that an aircraft carrier must be spotted early by means of satellite warning system and sunk before it can release its aircraft. The failure of the usa to spot the Japanese carriers when they were coming towards Pearl Harbor was the greatest blunder a navy could make.
