You're wrong in that case.I think Pakistan policy is to prevent India to export something using Pakistan territory but in TAPi case India and Pakistan are the one who will import so Pakistan will allow it but the main problem is funding

Good to see Taliban focus on strengthening Afghan economy. If they want to secure their borders and ensure a stable regime in the long term, they have to ensure Afghan economy is atleast somewhat stable. That will also help them defend their borders because with increased economy, they'll be able to spend more on their defence.
