The speech is the same as always "we're not talking to Russia, we want others to put pressure on them so we get our way" with that kinda diplomacy they'll never get anywhere. The interesting bit is the comment by the Mayor of Kiev, about how even that little noncommittal gesture could be considered political suicide. It tells you who's really in charge of Ukraine.

Wrong! Zelensky was after the MONEY he is NO victim. He has benefited. He went from comedian, (the job that brought him fame), to then playing a president in a movie, to somehow being elected president. He went from rich comedian to multi-millionaire, thank to the US.

Ok, but question , if you where the Ukrainian president what action you was going to take ? Hissing for the second time the white flag and let Russia take whatever it likes. Nato was only a Russian excuse to start a Safari into Ukraine! Even now I am not sure, whatever the outcome, that Russia in a few months or a year afterwards ,finds another excuse to swallow the rest!

The war will end on the terms of Russia. 1) No NATO in Ukraine or the Black Sea. 2) No neo-Nazi units in Ukraine 3) No membership of NATO for Ukraine 5) Disarmament of Ukraine. The big losers are the Anglo-Saxons. The Slavs will get back together, and if Ukraine behaves, Russia and Belarus will help build it back better, just as Putin did in Chechnya

Ukraine will have to concede occupied territories and sign a neutral pact. I don't see any other way. Russia is not going to withdraw empty handed after all those Russian soldier casualties and the economic cost. Ukraine should have signed the peace deal back in March 2022.
