The non-crazy part of Korea though only, but also the Vietnamese government is being naughty actually and is siding with the reds from some recent agreements which ain't good, hoping that changes soon but it doesn't help being at the borders with China

In the Philippines, we find hard to support this war for 2 reasons :
1. We see it as an obvious interference of the US to Filipino sovereignty
2. The Filipino government themselves use this to boost the Filipino’s dwindling support, why by the way due to incompetence and policies that botches one by one.
