Yes. ISI is too broke to get anything as regime change overseas. China isn't really bothered as much as the US. It was internal revolution and Hasina's arrogance that lead the old lady to flee. She could've easily dispersed the students with words of sympathy by her messenger, aide, PM office rep. to the protestors. She could've have calmed the situation and single handedly won people's heart if she had just called the leader of this movement at her office and paid attention to what they demanded.
