It may not be visible to everybody. It WAS visible to me when I opened the video. It's not the first time I have noted ironic or goofy labels on a YouTube video and I will usually comment when the label is contradictory or ironic.

This does seem to be a losing hand that Uncle Sam is holding. Our local manufacturing sites are sold to China and Germany.US Steel was for sale, and protests tentatively stopped a European purchaser. Manufacturing is toast now, as most robotics and even assembly materials are off shore sourced.

when Prof Wolf ellaborating China's possible honest intention of multipolairty, I immediately relate to the Chinese Scifi novel, The Three-body Problem. There are a lot of Chinese mindset in that novel, which may be able to explain what Chinese are possibly thinking about.

I was given to believe that treasury bonds have a maturity date and when that date expires, the holder can "cash-in" the bonds which the issuer must honour, as written in the clause. The holder can of course, choose a new expiry date instead.

It's like the west is a spoiled brat and wants things its way because that's the way it always was until it discovers that it's no longer the powerful bully on the block. It discovers that the adults are making good decisions and it doesn't like that because then it can't bully everybody the way it's been used to doing it for the last 75 years.
