no way Australia is puppy to China. To some extent. Australia is puppy to US. For example, US can station it’s army in Australia while China can not. Last time China lease a Darwin port from Australia for 99 years.

Australian's voted not to leave the Commonwealth because we do not trust our Government because Socialism / Communism is just around the corner for us as it is.

China is our biggest trading partner and the main source of our prosperity in the last decades.The biggest threat to Australia's national security, as well as economy, is AUKUS. Just imagine all the infrastructure we could build for those $400 billion we are about to waste on nuclear attack submarines that we don't need.
