hahaha, oh my the China make me laugh. They build islands and expect other nations will recognize those as an actual extension of China land. The US should build an island beside Taiwan's islands just off of China's coast and claim that and all the ocean between it and the US mainland. Sounds like the exact same principle.

you can obviously see which nation military commands respect and fear just by how other nation react towards them. nobody rams the US with their ships neither does the US need to ram anyone with their ships.

China although it has a large army and is advancing every year in military tech it is still untrained in modern combat. Its weapons are untested against an adversary. With that said they do have a lot of Manpower but an army marches on its stomach. Logistically how can they keep their aemy fed and supplied once things hit the fan? Its hard to take territory over water.

The thing is the US wont and never has fought anyone alone. They will/would be helped by many other nations in a WW3 scenario. Japan, S Korea, UK, etc. So the US is not acting alone whatsoever.

the US is overwhelmingly powerful. It also has obligations and bases all over the world, the defence of its territory to consider and its navy must be maintained. Its allies are vital to being able to maintain its position. The UK was in the same position at the start of the 20th century and its allies were critical in both major wars of the period.

Australia and South Korea had combat forces in Viet Nam. So even we did something stupid, we had allies with us. I don't think we've been in a war in the last 100 years when Australia hasn't been with us or we were together with the UK. Australia has been America's most reliable ally.

RimPac was usually a ton of fun. More port calls, meeting Aussies and Kiwis and playing rugby, and we would end up in Hong Kong as a port call..sure China loved that last part.

I haven't noticed violence, or even global imperialism, being touted in any of this channels' videos.Granted, there is a great deal of partiality towards America, and even American allies. The underlying truth, however, is that all the 'might is right' rhetoric really does apply.

I would point out that America is well into yet another cycle of isolationism. Politically it would prefer if everybody just settled their own problems. That is not yet practical. The global trade which has become the norm since WWII can only survive if everyone plays nicely.
