If one looks at the GDP per capita metric, it's not as bad as one may think, it's not that Indian GDP growth has been exceptionally slow, it's that the Chinese have done a really great job.What is really depressing though, are the numbers for attainment of education for India, that political establishment has really violated the pooch in that aspect.
