See dharmic religions have problems but we recognise each other but abrahamic religions come and say that Hinduism never existed buddhism never existed blah blah. India is bound to succeed. Its great to see India is working on its strength. Education, knowledge, learning, the performing arts are natural treasures of India. What comes naturally will also be a success. Guaranteed. The spending on education over the years has been dismal.

I don't think "secular" is the right word, but yes agree it should be solely focused on Sanatani culture. Btw, look up Avanti House in UK, its a Hindu school and seems wonderful.

"Secular" means it should not be "religious". That's it. In India, there were atheists called Charvaka and they are considered one of the darshana/philosophies in Hinduism. So there were Hindu atheists even 2100 years ago.

Exactly, they need to develop a city around it. Carefully plan the city to make it top tier but not as crowded as the other Indian cities (because this should be a cultural hub, not just a commercial hub for people to migrate to for money and jobs).

Relax, it is an Indian/Sanatani cultural heritage, just like Buddhism and all other Dharmic isms. The value of Nalanda was not as a mere religious temple, its value is because they were doing science, surgery and all kinds of studies.
